Job Title Product Architect Job Description Summary Job Description Description The Product Architect is a techno/functional role that shapes and guides product architecture and delivery for the benefit of the business stakeholders. They will be the face of product development and delivery for the globe. This person will be well versed in both technology and business delivery. As a senior member of a growing team they will be self-sufficient and self-sustaining as they interact with local market leaders and SMEs in determining the best fit. Additionally, they will assimilate feedback received from the business partners into technical product delivery. Responsibilities Interface with local market leaders and SMEs to determine the best fit solutions Interface with technical teams (both within and without the organization) to assemble the necessary technologies to satisfy the business requirements Lead product development and delivery workstream Clear and mitigate technical and business risks Recommend solutions to uncommon problems Understand and uphold good technical practices and security standards Skills Ability to distill business capability into technical requirements Ability to distill technical delivery into business value Ability to speak to a breadth of technological concepts Can assimilate a product vision and turn it into a reality Attributes Self-starter, self-managed, self-motivated does not await to be tasked Exceptional communicator at various levels across the organization Can develop an understanding of business and technical concepts that are unfamiliar Life-long learner, able to get that which they do not know Intuitive, ability to easily put together puzzle pieces without knowing the full picture Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
