Product Analytics Manager

In this role, you will lead a team of senior and mid level product analysts that drive strategy and decisioning throughout the product lifecycle. Your focus will be analyzing the loan lifecycle looking for opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and customer happiness all along the way. Key Responsibilities: Build out a team of high-performing analysts that provides the product teams with monitoring support, strategic insights for roadmaps, and prioritization clarityPartner with data engineering leadership to create mature foundations that enables analytics to scale with rapid growthOwn analytics for our loan origination process driving actionable insights across Credit Verifications, AI Verifications, Fraud, and Loan ServicingDevelop metrics frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor and improve all aspects of the product lifecyclePartner closely with Product and Engineering to define and measure success across automation initiatives and platform enhancementsConduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and improved decision accuracyWork with AI/ML teams to validate model performance and guide data-driven prioritizationLead experimentation and A/B testing efforts to validate product improvements and changesMentor and collaborate with other analysts and product team members to build a culture of data-driven decision making Key Requirements: 7+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau)2+ year managing senior and junior analystsStrong leader that understands the value of mentoring and growing skillsets within their teamExperience supporting product teams in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsStrong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear recommendationsDemonstrated success using analytics to drive product or operational improvementsFamiliarity with credit, underwriting, or verification workflows is a strong plusComfort working with ambiguous problems and a track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact Additional Information We believe:Diversityis a competitive advantage.We celebrate our differences, and are better when we have a variety of experiences, viewpoints, and backgrounds.Compassionis a strength.We care about our customers and look to build long-term relationships with them.Simplicityis a key feature.We work hard to make our forms and processes as painless and intuitive as possible.Honesty and transparency are non negotiable.We incorporate these traits in all of our interactions.Financial opportunity belongs to everyone.We work every day to improve lives by extending this opportunity.If you believe these things too then we would love to hear from you!
