Job Summary:​​We are seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our products. You’ll partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to uncover insights, track performance, and inform key product decisions.What you’ll do:Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify trends, opportunities, and pain pointsDefine and maintain product KPIs and dashboards to measure success and monitor healthConduct deep-dive analyses to support product roadmap decisions and feature prioritizationCollaborate with stakeholders to design and evaluate tests and other experimentsDeliver clear, actionable recommendations based on data to improve user experience and business outcomesWork with data engineering and BI teams to ensure accurate and accessible data sourcesProvide ad hoc data support to product and cross-functional teams as neededWho you are:Proficiency in SQL, Excel or Google Sheets; experience with tools like Looker, Metabase, or similar systemsUnderstanding of data modeling and event tracking systems (e.g., Mixpanel)Knowledge of product development lifecycle and agile processesStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholdersExperience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworksDetail-oriented, curious, and motivated to drive product success through dataEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related)3+ years of experience in a product analytics, data analysis, or similar rolePrevious experience working as a Product Analyst or data analytics roleExperience with high growth tech companiesMust-Have: Ability to truly encompass our Company Core ValuesWork Hard.
