Product Analyst

They are seeking a Product Analyst to support the product management team by bridging product strategy, data insights, and quality execution, ensuring a reliable, data-informed, and user-centric experience for their youth sports club management platform.ResponsibilitiesSupport Product Managers in the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentationPartner with Product Managers to analyze feature performance and incorporate user feedback into product decisionsAssist in backlog grooming and sprint planning by providing data-driven insightsExecute functional and regression testing on new features and bug fixesDocument test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering and QA to verify resolutionsSupport release validation to ensure product updates meet user and business expectationsRun SQL queries and other analytics tools to retrieve and analyze user and product dataIdentify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve product performance and user engagementMonitor incoming product issues and feedback from internal teams and customersTriage, categorize, and prioritize issues based on impact, frequency, and urgencyCollaborate with Software Developers and Client Services to ensure efficient issue handlingWork closely with Software Development, Sales and Client Success to gather insights and communicate product updatesParticipate in product demos, sprint reviews, and roadmap discussions to understand and contribute to product directionSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insightsExperience writing and executing test cases or validating system behaviorBasic proficiency in SQL or other data query languagesStrong attention to detail and accountabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary + equity401(k) with company matchComprehensive medical and dentalCompany OverviewOur comprehensive platform for registration, administration, and marketing will help your youth sports club thrive.
