Performance Required Skills • 10+ years of technical skills required for Projects, Production Support and Vulnerability remediation • Excellent communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, etc.) • Proficient in Windows desktop environments (Windows 11) • Proficient in PowerShell for automation of administrative tasks • Windows-based Certificate Management/PKI • DNS, DHCP, and network configuration on Windows servers • Linux RHEL / Unix experience • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications • Experience with web-based applications hosted on IIS • Troubleshooting application performance and connectivity issues • Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) • Batch scripting and task scheduling in Windows • Basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) • Experience with system configuration hardening and endpoint cyber security tools (e.g. – Anti-Malware, etc.) • Application and system performance monitoring tools and methodologies • Log management and analysis (Event Viewer, Syslog, etc.) • Technical solution documentation, diagram development, and process documentation Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
