Procurement / Sourcing Consultant Location Remote 100% Remote Qualification Requirements: • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba • Experience with full contract life cycle for IT software, IT Services and Professional Services • Excellent time and project management skills Required: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 4 to 6 years of experience in a relevant functional area (e.g., Professional Services, Facilities, HR, Marketing, IT, IT Services, or other procurement focus areas). • Extensive experience managing the end-to-end sourcing process from requirements gathering through RFx and contracting. • Proven experience in robust pricing and contractual negotiations with suppliers. • Effective presentation and influencing skills to interface with multiple levels of management. • Strong experience in analyzing pricing and determining price reasonableness. • Proven experience working with key category suppliers. Skills and Abilities: • Excellent project and time management skills, including risk assessment, workplan development, and management. • Developed analytical, organizational, and coordination skills. • Ability to apply complex problem-solving skills to achieve process solutions. • Strong issue-spotting abilities and excellent communication skills to mitigate risks and issues. • Flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and variable workloads. • Ability to meet established deadlines and manage multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers. • Strong interpersonal skills to provide positive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Desirable: • Experience in the Health Insurance industry. • Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement automation tools.
