Job title: Procurement Operations Specialist ($30/hr - Contract)Company:Job description: DescriptionProcurement Operations Specialist ($30/hr - Contract)Our client is looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to perform a wide range of duties regarding Travel & Expense Management, P2P Project Execution/Deliverables, PO Adoption, Integrity & Maintenance,What To Know:• $30 per hour pay rate• Fully Remote Work ScheduleResponsibilities:• Identifying invoices coming into Accounts Payable that are not backed by POs• Supporting the transactional responsibilities required to process international employee travel requests and expense reimbursements prior to the go-live of the company's Liquid• Doing Project Management for the company's Liquid implementation and change management procedures• Ensuring that the Accounting department is able to fully leverage the Open PO report created by the Procurement team to execute their month-end close accrualsRequirements and Skills:• A Bachelor's degree or higher• 2 to 5 years of experience with ERP systems and understanding of the procure-to-pay cycle• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent analytic and communication skills with a high level of attention to detailThere are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
