Responsibilities
Description: The position performs the following duties associated with procurement of Engineering, Construction, and Splicing labor resources:
Negotiates / re-negotiate new and existing agreements or statements of work, including RFIs and RFPs
Prepares RFx documents, communication plans, and contract awards
Actively partner with legal teams and business unit stakeholders to develop and execute negotiation strategies that include optimal targets for pricing, service, and quality.
Consolidate all sourcing-related information to report back to business stakeholders on progress and priorities.
Provides subject matter expertise and is a trusted advisor in sourcing/procurement field.
Required Skills:
Effective communication skills to collaboratively foster innovation & develop long term partnerships.
Conflict resolution skills to address & resolve issues arising.
Uses a results-driven approach
Delivers on action plans
Systematic approach in performing key activities
Ability to prioritize across multiple tasks
Identifies value-added opportunities
Applies out-of-the-box thinking
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $34.60 - $44.00 per hour
