Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager will lead procurement operations, develop and maintain a consistent procurement framework, and partner closely with Corporate and Operations teams. This role is responsible for overseeing sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and the continuous improvement of procurement processes to ensure cost-effective, complaint, and purchasing decisions that support organizational growth. Primary Responsibilities: Establish standardized procurement policies and processes to maximize value and reduce risk Manage strategic supplier relationships, performance reviews, and issue resolution Lead implementation of an integrated procurement system and workflows Partner with VP of Procurement on contract negotiations and commercial terms Improve procurement tools and practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks Manage procurement budgets, spend, and cost-saving initiatives Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic business objective What we expect from you : Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field Proven experience in progressive procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience Experience in a leadership role managing a team Experience working with hosting providers, software, consulting and technology services vendors Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Proficiency with procurement systems and ERP platforms Willingness to work afternoon shift (Monday to Friday, 4 pm - 12 pm) What you will get from us: Remote model of work Paid training Opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-growing team Private health insurance Benefit package available to all our employees (day off for a birthday, discounts with our partners from different industries, FitPass...)
