Procurement Document Writer
Introduction
We are looking for a Six-Sigma Certified Procurement Document Writer who will be responsible for creating and maintaining various procurement documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in using tools such as Project Charters, SIPOC maps, Process Flow Charts, Control Plans, and Data Collection Plans to optimize the procure-to-pay cycle.
Responsibilities
• Create and update procurement documents such as Project Charters, SIPOC maps, Process Flow Charts, Control Plans, and Data Collection Plans.
• Identify areas for improvement in supplier relationships and optimize the entire procure-to-pay cycle.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather necessary information for procurement documents.
• Ensure that all documents comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
• *Required Skills:
• Six Sigma Certification
• Experience in creating Project Charters, SIPOC maps, Process Flow Charts, Control Plans, and Data Collection Plans
• Knowledge of the procure-to-pay cycle
• *Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience as a Procurement Document Writer
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
