Process automation & optimization specialist

We’re looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Process automation & optimization specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs. This is a full-time remote position. This job is for you if you are: Are a self-motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving in technical areas and enjoy taking on new challenges. Can independently troubleshoot technical issues and find proactive solutions to minimize disruptions. Are a team player who enjoys collaborating across departments to improve systems and workflows. Have a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to automate processes and increase team efficiency. Responsibilities: Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.) Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions Handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency Requirements Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations Proven ability to learn new tools and systems quickly Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders High level of ownership and self-motivation Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and organize personal workload effectively Strong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven. Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and able to plan and prioritize own tasks effectively.
