Process Analysis Intern (Undergraduate - Summer)

Position Purpose: Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.

Β Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
Β Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
Β Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
This job will involve taking our day to day processes, look to fill gaps and efficiencies, work with our SMEΒs and Accreditation team to implement the changes. This internship is a chance to see what happens within a call center and understand how important it is since it is the face to the customer for the company. We are a leader for our Marketplace product. This team is known for it efficiencies and process we have implemented.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
Great analysis skills, perhaps is familiar with a call center or some type of operational environment, great communication and written skills, and is wanting to be a little uncomfortable and work on new things.
40 Hour Wk. (12 Week Program)
Pay Range: 17-23/hr.
