Right at Home is a locally owned home health agency serving Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, and the Des Moines Metro, and we are growing our nursing team. We are currently hiring a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality in-home nursing care while enjoying the flexibility to create a schedule that works for your life. Responsibilities
β’ Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
β’ Conduct initial client assessments and home safety evaluations
β’ Perform nurse delegation and supervision of caregivers/home health aides
β’ Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
β’ Communicate professionally with clients, families, referral sources, and staff
β’ Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in WellSky
β’ Follow all agency policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
β’ Active Iowa RN license in good standing
β’ Current CPR certification
β’ Mandatory Reporter certification
β’ Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
β’ Reliable transportation, valid driverβs license, and insured vehicle
β’ Ability to travel within a 45-minute radius of Des Moines
β’ Ability to meet employee health requirements for direct patient care
