Your primary focus is the 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP, ensuring their health is optimized while navigating the Mediterranean. You will accompany the client to the region’s most prestigious locations, from the Algarve and Marbella to the vibrant shores of Ibiza and Mallorca, delivering hospital-standard care in a dynamic maritime setting. The Team You will join a robust medical department designed for excellence. The team is led by a Lead British Doctor and includes specialized Physiotherapists, alongside a supportive unit of Western-trained nurses. This collaborative framework ensures you have constant clinical backup and are never working in isolation. The Safety We believe that the best care comes from a well-rested team. To ensure this, we operate a strict double-nurse shift system, guaranteeing managed working hours and sufficient downtime. The initial selection process is conducted via a secure online interview platform, allowing you to showcase your qualifications from Lisbon (or your current base) before any travel is required. Requirements Requirements Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is mandatory. Experience: 4+ years of postgraduate experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E). Language: Native or C1 English fluency is essential. Profile: A calm demeanor, high adaptability, and the ability to provide discreet care in a luxury environment.
