We are seeking a Private Investigator in South Dakota to perform surveillance work on worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and long and short-term disability claims. This position is part of TIG Risk Services, a national investigative firm based out of Destin, Florida, servicing the insurance, government, and legal communities for 23 years. Our work involves surveillance, activity checks, and background investigations on various claims.

Skills
• Minimum of two years surveillance experience
• Experience in performing SIU related functions, including taking statements and conducting scene inspections
• Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct stationary and mobile surveillance in various environments, including high crime areas
• Comfort with pretext investigations
• Active Private Investigator License in your respective state is required

• Prepare detailed reports on findings

Qualifications
• Two years of surveillance experience

• Relevant training or certifications in investigative practices are preferred
