Private Equity Fund Manager
SolomonEdwards is currently seeking a Fund Services Manager to support Private Equity clients. 100% remote; PA, DE, NJ, NY. The MANAGER will join the firm’s Private Equity practice and will be involved with the organization’s fund administration offering, including financial reporting and fund accounting. Responsibilities: Acting in a management capacity for fund administration engagements Overseeing distributions, capital calls, reporting, wire/cash management, and other engagement functions Managing and training team Regularly communicating with advisory leadership team and coordinating client fund administration engagements Ensuring fund administration policies and procedures quality control Assisting with work papers supporting schedule review and preparation Maintaining and reviewing carried interest calculations/models and waterfall data Supporting testing and implementation for accounting functions initiatives Skills/Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in accounting; advanced degree and/or CPA preferred 3-8 plus years PE fund administration or Big 4 experience Alluvue and Yardi knowledge highly preferred Fund accounting software proficiency Microsoft Office proficiency Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented environment Apply tot his job
