Pirisen Music Lessons is seeking a dedicated and passionate Private Drums Teacher to join our team in Littleton, CO. This part-time, contract position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching music and inspiring students of all ages. Our music academy has over 20 years of experience in providing high-quality music education, and we are committed to fostering a creative and engaging learning environment. The role involves teaching private drum lessons in our studios after school and on weekends, as well as the option to travel to students' homes for in-home lessons. While the position is primarily in-person, there is also the potential for online teaching if desired. As a Private Drums Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an excellent musical environment tailored to each student's needs. This includes recognizing areas for improvement and maintaining a professional and academic atmosphere during lessons. We value flexibility, creativity, and a fun approach to teaching, and we encourage our teachers to develop new classes and programs that enhance the learning experience. Our mission is to inspire the artist within, and we believe that music has a profound impact on the lives of our students and their families. Teachers at Pirisen enjoy the freedom to select their teaching days and hours, allowing for a flexible schedule that accommodates personal commitments. We handle all marketing, scheduling, and administrative tasks, enabling our teachers to focus solely on their passion for music education. Compensation starts at a competitive rate, with opportunities for higher pay and commissions for student referrals. Additionally, teachers and their immediate families receive a 25% discount on introductory lessons and monthly lesson plans.
