Utilizes clinical guidelines and judgment to make coverage determinations and facilitate appropriate care. Engages with providers to support treatment plans and identifies opportunities for referrals and program integration. Promotes quality and effective benefit utilization, consults with internal and external stakeholders, and meets productivity and quality standards. Requires strong computer proficiency, multitasking, and effective verbal and written communication in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications:3+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in Med-SurgMust have active, current and unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure Preferred Qualifications:Prior Authorization ExperienceUtilization Management ExperienceManaged Care experience preferred Education:Associates Degree in Nursing Required BSN preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$26.01 - $56.14This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
