Train and mentor junior solution architects to develop their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements to enhance the company's competitive edge.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our solutions and expertise.
