Develop and maintain the overall platform architecture for our 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize platform requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to support the platform architecture. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to design, implement, and maintain the platform components. Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and security of the platform, and make necessary improvements and optimizations. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software development to drive innovation within the platform. Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Identify and resolve technical roadblocks and issues to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to present technical solutions and recommendations. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the platform architecture and related processes. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase our platform and technical capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the software engineering team. Ensure compliance with software development best practices, standards, and guidelines.
