Job Title: Principal React/Full Stack Engineer – Micro Front End Focus

Location: Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL (Hybrid – Local only)
Remote options available for candidates local to Minneapolis, MN or Atlanta, GA
Type: Contract / Long-Term
About the Role:
Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is looking for a Lead React/Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in React and Micro Front End architecture to join our digital transformation team. You will help lead key web application modernization efforts and play a strategic role in shaping our customer-facing platforms.
What You'll Do:
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications
• Drive adoption of micro-frontend architecture
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions
• Promote DevSecOps, early security integration, and modular code design
• Mentor and lead junior engineers in best practices
Tech Stack:
• Frontend: React (Subject Matter Expert level), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS/SCSS
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library (RTL), or similar
• Architecture: Micro Front End, Responsive Design
• Tools: REST APIs, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years in modern web application development
• 10+ years working with React and JavaScript frameworks
• Proven experience building and scaling micro-frontend solutions
• Experience working in Agile, cloud-native environments
Preferred Locations:
• Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)
• Miramar, FL (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)
• Minneapolis, MN (Remote – Local only)
• Atlanta, GA (Remote – Local only)
