This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, and internal stakeholders, with accountability for translating client needs into scalable product capabilities and ensuring disciplined execution against the product roadmap.This is an execution-oriented PM role, ideal for someone early in their product career who has a technical background, is comfortable engaging directly with customers, and can manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing rigor or clarity.Key Responsibilities:Customer & Stakeholder EngagementAct as a primary product interface for external customers, gathering requirements, validating assumptions, and shaping solutions that balance client needs with platform strategy.Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams to support new opportunities, scoping discussions, and ongoing customer engagements.Clearly communicate product direction, trade-offs, and timelines to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Product Discovery & DefinitionTranslate customer problems into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Contribute to product discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven insights.Ensure that externally driven requests are evaluated against platform reuse, scalability, and long-term roadmap alignment.Roadmap & ExecutionOwn and maintain a subset of the product roadmap, ensuring priorities are clear, sequenced appropriately, and aligned with business objectives.Work closely with Engineering to plan, refine, and execute product initiatives, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.Track delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple customers and initiatives, proactively driving resolution.Delivery & CoordinationCoordinate cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations.Manage timelines, milestones, and scope across parallel workstreams, ensuring predictable delivery and high-quality outcomes.Support release planning, documentation, and customer-facing enablement where required.RequirementsRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.Technical background (engineering, computer science, data, or equivalent hands-on experience).Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and modern cloud-based systems.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customer engagements simultaneously.Experience writing clear product requirements and working directly with engineering teams.Strong organizational skills and comfort with project tracking, prioritization, and execution.Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2B, enterprise, or platform-based products.Exposure to data platforms, AI/ML systems, or workflow automation.Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Experience working in fast-growing or ambiguous environments.What We Look ForA pragmatic product thinker who can balance customer urgency with long-term product strategy.Someone comfortable being externally visible while maintaining internal discipline.Clear communicator who can operate effectively across business and technical contexts.High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution.Why Join UsOpportunity to work on a core platform with real customer impact.High exposure to customers, senior stakeholders, and strategic product decisions.A role with meaningful ownership and room to grow as the product organization scales.BenefitsGreat Mission and CultureMeaningful WorkMarket competitive salaryQuarterly variable compensationComprehensive medical cover Group life insurancePersonal development and growth opportunitiesPeriodic team building and social eventsAt CloudFactory, we believe that work should be more than just a job—it should be a platform for growth, impact, and community.
