As a Principal Frontend Engineer, you will:

Lead a team of frontend engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to foster growth and skill development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and innovation
Design and implement scalable, responsive, and mobile-first frontend architectures
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our platform

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript
Proven experience in mentoring and leading junior engineers
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and design patterns
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
A portfolio of previous frontend work or projects that demonstrate your skills and expertise
