Join Our Team and Shape the Future of Risk Management We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal, Enterprise Risk to join our Global Risk and Internal Audit team at Airbnb. As a key player in our organization, you will partner with business teams to identify, assess, and report risks, and continuously evaluate and improve our risk identification, assessment, and reporting processes. About the Role: Location: Remote (US-based, with occasional travel to Airbnb offices or off-sites) Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: Airbnb Compensation: Competitive salary ($150,000 - $190,000 USD) and benefits package, including bonus, equity, and Employee Travel Credits Your Mission: As our Principal, Enterprise Risk, you will: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders to identify and assess risks Partner with business teams to stay up-to-date on new product pipelines and initiatives, and provide guidance on risks and controls Develop and implement tools and frameworks for risk identification, assessment, and reporting Coordinate the annual enterprise risk assessment process and collaborate with auditors for audit planning Collaborate with risk owners to produce insightful and timely risk reporting Develop and deliver enterprise-wide training on risk management and compliance Your Expertise: To succeed in this role, you will need: B.A. or B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 10+ years of experience in enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, audit, finance, accounting, operations, or a related field Prior experience in enterprise risk and applying quantitative measures and data analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Our Commitment to You: Airbnb is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible and providing a disability-inclusive application and interview process.
