Monitor real-time site and customer behavior for trends and action points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical needs.
Mentor team members to enhance analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute measurement frameworks.
Design and conduct performance analyses.
Develop actionable insights from data.
Maintain and update reporting tools.
Collaborate with teams for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in digital or growth analytics in high-scale environments.
Strong foundation in measurement, attribution, and experimental design.
Proficiency in advanced data query languages and tools.
Experience in building and managing analytical dashboards.
Ability to mentor and train team members in analytics.
