Principal Business Architect - Health Insurance Solutions - Remote
About the position
Responsibilities
• Drive and facilitate discussions with senior leaders to identify business capabilities.
• Lead or support process assessments and advocate for best practices in business architecture.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other business architects.
• Champion and drive the support optimization plan for individual health plans.
• Conduct cost analysis, risk analysis, and create capability models and heatmaps.
• Manage the delivery of business architecture strategic artifacts in collaboration with various architects.
• Create and maintain business capability, data, processes, and technology inventories.
• Partner with executive leadership to build a business architecture strategy based on business scenarios.
• Provide governance support on priority projects with cross-functional impact.
• Support financial forecasting for the IT business unit.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of Business Architect experience.
• 5+ years of delivery management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
Nice-to-haves
• TOGAF Level 1 and 2 certification.
• Certified Business Architect certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
