JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a passionate Principal Business Intelligence Engineer to help build the next-generation data analytics platform, develop technical specification documents, and support enterprise-wide data solutions. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a team of BI Engineers, providing technical guidance and coaching. Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and executives to understand data needs and deliver innovative solutions. Build BI dashboards and continuously improve their quality, consistency, usability, reliability, and security. Establish and drive BI best practices across the organization. Design and maintain the semantic data layer for analytics and AI initiatives. Partner with data science, data engineering, and software engineering teams to automate data analysis and visualization, provide guidance on data transformation, and identify opportunities to enhance data infrastructure.
