Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.What You’ll Do:Mentor and support a team of data analysts, data scientists, backend engineers, and data engineers, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learningBuild our next-gen identity graph, leveraging data analytics, data science, and machine learning, in addition to our rich suite of data sources.Define and drive the technical vision for our identity and attribution solutions, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliabilityOversee the design and development of microservices, APIs, and data pipelines that power identity and attributionChampion engineering best practices like code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/deploymentJump in with hands-on technical guidance when needed to unblock the team or provide architectural supportTake ownership of projects end-to-end, identifying risks and managing dependencies along the wayWhat You’ll Bring:10+ years of technical experience in data engineering, data analysis, or other related fields5+ years of data science and/or machine learning experienceProven track record of building and scaling high-traffic platformsStrong understanding of SQL, distributed SQL-based data warehousing, and operational PostgreSQL databasesExperienced with NoSQL databases, being able to argue for or against them depending on the application, and in particular, recognizing how to leverage graph databasesStrong understanding of modern data pipelining technologies (e.g., Spark)Experience with Google Cloud or Amazon Web ServicesExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with ad tech platforms, ad tech concepts, and/or identity and attribution is a plusMNTN Perks:100% remote within the USFlexible vacation policyAnnual vacation allowance for travel related expensesThree-day weekend every month of the yearCompetitive compensation100% healthcare coverage401k planFlexible Spending Account (FSA) for dependent, medical, and dental careAccess to coaching, therapy, and professional developmentAbout MNTN:Our recruiters will always reach out using an email address ending with @mountain.com OR @mntn.com.
