• Our Leadership Team (Maria & Natalie) are both experienced classroom teachers and have been leading our team for over 17 years – we know what you experience every day in the classroom setting and you will always be supported
• We ensure you have all the resources needed to be successful in your day to day activities
• We honor your personal life outside of work and NEVER expect you to plan lessons, work or complete training outside of your scheduled work week.
Paid Time Off:
• 11 days your first year
• 15 days your second year
• Paid Holidays (Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Friday after)
