Position: Prime Residential Valuation Surveyor - hybrid working Location: Town of Poland Prime Residential Chartered Valuation Surveyor Up to £85,000 DOE, plus bonus (approx. £10-20,000) – hybrid working. Latymer Search is recruiting on behalf of an independent Chartered Valuation Surveying practice that specialises in prime/super prime loan security valuation markets across London, Greater London and European offices. The practice has a strong reputation for providing high‑quality valuations to the largest corporate names and has long‑term growth plans backed by almost 20 years of success. We are looking for experienced MRICS Valuation Surveyors with secured lending/loan security valuation experience (Residential and/or Commercial). Candidates located in London or the Home Counties are preferred. Remote working options can be discussed based on level of experience.
