About the position You will be a Senior Pricing/Estimating Analyst, leading complex and diverse proposal efforts and business cases across the Lower Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (LTIAMD) portfolio. Our team is responsible for driving business growth and success through effective proposal development and negotiation. Responsibilities • Leading complex proposal efforts and business cases • Supporting bid and negotiation strategies • Interfacing with leadership and stakeholders during proposal development • Ensuring compliance with FAR and Cost & Pricing Data requirements • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive proposal success Requirements • Experience working production, development and/or sustainment proposals • Existing knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Estimating compliance procedures and rate structures • Strong cross functional collaboration skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (prior experience utilizing Pivot Tables, VLookups, SumIfs, and other functions) Nice-to-haves • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically • Creative mindset to improve existing tools and to streamline processes • Strong, clear communication skills to influence stakeholder and leadership buy-in • Prior experience leading audit response activities and contributing to negotiations Benefits • Flexible scheduling options • Paid Time off benefits • Diverse career opportunities • Competitive pay • Comprehensive benefits Apply tot his job
