Press Brake Operators - Swing Shift

Key Responsibilities:
ย Machine Operations: Perform daily startup and shutdown procedures on press brake machines.
ย Program Management: Locate, verify accuracy, and load programs for each job.
ย Material Handling: Stage raw materials at each work center according to the production schedule.
ย Production Adherence: Follow the production schedule as allocated by the scheduling department.
ย Maintenance: Conduct minor machine maintenance and clean equipment and work areas per company standards and manufacturer's recommendations.
ย Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for accuracy in accordance with GK Machine and ISO standards.
ย Team Collaboration: Assist other CNC operators with duties and address operational issues during production.
Qualifications:
ย Experience: Minimum of 1 year operating press brake machines; CNC experience preferred.
ย Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
ย Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
ย Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing high-quality work with minimal errors.
ย Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and assist team members as needed.
