Scale Our Digital Safety Education Across Languages About the Project: We're Influenced, a project of The Exodus Road, and we need an organized, detail-oriented designer to help us scale our presentation materials across English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Colombian Spanish. Two-Phase Project: PHASE 1 (Immediate): Presentation Migration Transfer 2 large presentations (100+ slides each) from PowerPoint to Google Slides Slides are pre-designed PNGs—you'll import, organize, and add speaker notes Clean, systematic work that sets the foundation for future updates PHASE 2 (Ongoing): Multilingual Design Updates Update presentations in Adobe Illustrator & InDesign based on team feedback Implement changes across 3 language versions: English (US), Brazilian Portuguese, Colombian Spanish Work with both teen & parent versions (4 deliverables per cycle) Maintain design consistency while adapting for different text lengths You're a Great Fit If You: Required: Strong Adobe Illustrator & InDesign skills Required: Experience with presentation/layout design Highly Preferred: Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish (or extensive multilingual project experience) Excel at organization and managing large file sets Communicate clearly and follow brand guidelines precisely Have Google Slides experience (bonus) Project Details: Budget: $15-35/hour (language skills valued) Scope: Phase 1 can start immediately; Phase 2 provides ongoing work Duration: Long-term, with consistent project flow Start Date: ASAP for Phase 1 To Apply: Share presentation or layout design samples (Adobe work preferred) Note any language capabilities Estimate hours needed for Phase 1 (migrating those 2 presentations) We're building content that genuinely helps families navigate digital safety—join us in making an impact!
