Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in zoning, entitlements, and due diligence for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site development programs in a fast-paced environment. • Deep expertise in interpreting and applying municipal codes, land use regulations, and permitting processes. • Experience developing scalable systems and standards for real estate development programs. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and external agencies. • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. • Experience with EV infrastructure, electrical systems, and service facility planning. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
