What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments, outpatient visits, and procedures
- Manage high call volumes and provide excellent customer service across multiple locations and departments
- Collect and input patient data accurately into the system and validate insurance information
- Act as a mentor for new hires and promote the organization's mission and values
- Perform administrative duties related to scheduling and other assigned tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent OR 4 years of revenue cycle experience
- Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle experience and/or 2 years of contact center experience
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to resolve technical issues independently
- Strong customer service skills and basic knowledge of medical insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand spoken information quickly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related contact center environment
- Proficiency in multi-channel phone systems and managing multiple calls
- Familiarity with complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to type at a speed of 30+ words per minute
- Active listening skills and good reading comprehension
