The successful candidate will manage large-scale, high-visibility events and collaborate across teams to ensure flawless execution. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with a potential for project extension. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee project milestones and timelines for large-scale events. • Coordinate administrative tasks including venue scheduling and attendee management. • Manage logistics and preparations for high-profile executive meetings. • Collaborate with device brand studio, creative teams, and various product teams to support business communications. • Ensure all projects adhere to budget constraints and report on event outcomes. Must-Have Skills: • Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail. • Proven experience in managing large-scale events. • Proactive ownership mindset to anticipate needs and take decisive action. Domain Experience: • Experience in public relations or communications within the technology or related industry is preferred.
