Responsibilities: Support the PR Manager in planning and executing outreach campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Research and identify relevant podcasts, journalists, and media outlets for outreach opportunities. Reach out to podcasts and journalists to pitch stories, secure media coverage, and arrange interviews. Assist in drafting and editing press releases, quotes, and other media-facing materials. Coordinate and schedule interviews, media briefings, and other PR-related activities. Track and monitor media responses, maintaining a record of outreach and coverage. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, podcast hosts, and media professionals. Conduct research on industry trends and opportunities to inform PR strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in managing outreach and follow-ups with multiple stakeholders. A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset to handle various tasks and deadlines. (ASANA experience is a plus!) Confidence in reaching out to media professionals and establishing relationships. Familiarity with PR tools, media databases, and monitoring platforms is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with the PR Manager and other team members in a remote setting.
