PPC Expert for Shopify Ecommerce Store (B2B + D2C, PMAX, Google Shopping)

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads PPC Specialist to manage and scale paid search for our Shopify-based ecommerce store. Our business serves both D2C customers and B2B/industrial OEM buyers, so strong experience in demand generation across both segments is essential.

You'll be responsible for refining our campaign structure, improving profitability, optimizing lead quality, and scaling our top-performing channels (Performance Max + Google Shopping).

This is a part-time (approximately 15 hours per week), ongoing engagement with weekly collaboration and bi-weekly reporting.

Responsibilities

✔Core PPC Management

Manage and optimize Google Search, PMAX, and Google Shopping campaigns

✔Build separate B2B vs. D2C funnels with clean keyword segmentation

Implement robust negative keyword strategies to prevent irrelevant traffic

✔Conduct weekly keyword, search term, and placement optimizations

✔Improve ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rate across all campaigns

Tracking & Analytics

✔Audit and improve conversion tracking (GA4, enhanced conversions)

✔Verify correct UTM tracking for purchases, form fills, RFQs, and B2B leads

✔Set up custom reporting dashboards (Looker Studio)

Creative & Feed Optimization

✔Advise on PMAX asset improvements, creative refresh cadence, and audience signals

✔Optimize product feed for Google Shopping (titles, attributes, categories)

Reporting & Communication

✔Provide bi-weekly performance reports with actionable insights

✔Give clear recommendations for scaling, reallocation, and testing

✔Communicate proactively about issues, opportunities, or performance shifts

Requirements

✔ 4+ years managing Shopify E-commerce + Google Ads

✔ Proven expertise with Performance Max and Google Shopping

✔ Strong background in B2B demand generation (industrial/manufacturing highly preferred)

✔ Strong understanding of D2C ecommerce funnels (arts, crafts and DIY highly preferred)

✔ Proficiency with keyword research, auction insights, and segmentation

✔ Experience with GA4, tags, enhanced conversions, and remarketing

✔ Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into strategy

✔ Fluent English + clear communicator

Bonus:

✔Experience with SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner or keyword gap analysis

✔Knowledge of OEM/industrial markets
