Skills you possess in order to qualify for this position: • Must be able to create, maintain and optimize campaigns in Google Ads that meet performance metrics. This includes creating content, using and improving daily & weekly management processes. • Setup and ensure ongoing optimization & management of PPC campaigns for multiple clients. • Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creative, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs. • Able to perform in depth audits of underperforming campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement so they are reaching our performance targets. • Able to identify & test new campaign optimization approaches and innovative strategies to increase conversion volume and decrease cost per acquisition. Plus stay up to date on industry best practices, newest breakthroughs and direction. • Implement innovative tactics in account segmentation, quality score optimization, account automation, bid optimization, keyword expansion and ad copywriting. • Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data, analyze campaign goals, and adjust key performance drivers. • Have the ability and track record to write creative and effective ad copy and split new ads. • Implement innovative tactics in account segmentation, quality score optimization, account automation, bid optimization, keyword expansion and ad copywriting. • Ability to create, improve & maintain Ads scripts. Required Qualities and Experience: • Minimum of 2 year of Google AdWords management experience required. • Google Ads Certification a must! • Google Analytics experience a plus. • Knowledge of retargeting/remarketing, display, and video advertising. • Knowledge of SEO & online search mediums. • Cross channels campaign experience in advertising is a plus. • Experience with Google Apps a plus Job Type: Contract & Fully Remote Apply tot his job
