PowerPoint Presentation Designer for Educational Workshop (Senior Audience)
We’re looking for a PowerPoint expert to polish and professionalize our existing presentation used for live, in-person educational workshops. The audience is primarily older adults, so clarity, readability, and visual simplicity are key. You’ll be working with an existing PowerPoint file and will be responsible for: Improving the overall visual design and flow of the slides. Ensuring the layout, color palette, and fonts are consistent and easy to read from a distance. Making the deck template-friendly, so our team can easily add or edit slides while keeping the same style. Incorporating subtle animations or transitions where appropriate (not flashy). Making sure the final presentation looks polished both on large screens and standard monitors. Deliverables: Updated PowerPoint file with all design improvements applied. A custom slide master/template for easy future editing. Optional: simple instruction note on how to maintain consistency when adding new slides. Ideal Candidate: Expert in PowerPoint and slide master design. Experience creating presentations for education, law, or finance workshops is a plus. Strong understanding of visual accessibility for older audiences (font sizing, color contrast, readability). Able to work quickly and communicate clearly.
