At General Electric, we are looking for an experienced Power Supply Chain - Projects & Initiatives Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing power supply chain projects and initiatives that help drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and cost savings. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills to join our team.To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Power Supply Chain field. You must also have experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, as well as a proven track record of successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-service orientation and be familiar with the latest software and technologies to support supply chain processes.If you have the qualifications and desire to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute power supply chain projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and cost savings.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize the latest software and technologies to support supply chain processes.
Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Develop reports to track supply chain performance.
Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze data and develop strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
Prepare presentations to explain project progress and results.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
