Positioned at the intersection of social media, payments, and rewards, we are a fast-moving FinTech company experiencing significant growth. We sponsor H1B work visas.

We are looking for a relentless, results-oriented professional who excels at building relationships and managing complex projects to drive equitable outcomes.
What You Will Do
• Build strong, trusting client relationships through clear communication, proactive support, and tailored troubleshooting
• Manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, update CRM records, and ensure follow-through on commitments
• Resolve client issues with root-cause analysis, collaborate with teams, and provide clear documentation for escalations
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive client success
• Tailor pitches, address issues, and negotiate rates while balancing client needs and company goals
• Navigate shifting priorities, work across teams, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical issues for non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on root-cause analysis, paired with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Adaptability, self-motivation, and ability to balance priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
• Nice-to-haves: experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, advanced Excel skills and data-driven sales strategies, and familiarity with creating workflows and pipelines
