About the position

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain data models and databases to support Power BI solutions.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to support business decision-making.
• Optimize dashboards and reports for performance and usability.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and dashboards.
• Create and maintain documentation for Power BI solutions, including data models, data sources, and report specifications.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices for data security and privacy.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M language for Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems such as SQL Server.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar certification.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure data services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory).
