Power BI & Snowflake Data Developer

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining analytics solutions using Power BI on a Snowflake data platform, translating business requirements into effective data models and reports that support decision-making. Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards using best-practice data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema) Write efficient SQL in Snowflake to build views, transformations, and curated data sets for reporting and self-service Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability Implement row-level security, workspace governance, and deployment practices in Power BI Service Monitor report and query performance, troubleshoot issues, and tune models/SQL as needed Document data definitions, measures, and report logic to support adoption and self-service analytics Skills BS/BA or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field At least 1 year of professional experience developing analytics solutions using Power BI At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Snowflake Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience unit testing (test classes) and validating change sets Benefits Healthcare Dental Vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents 401(k)-retirement plan has a company match of 50% up to 6% of eligible compensation Wellness, financial, and work/lifestyle-specific benefits 12 PTO hours every month 12 paid holidays Paid volunteer time Company Overview Realty Income, The Monthly Dividend Company®, is an S&P 500 company and member of the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats® index.
