Job Summary

Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to design comprehensive business intelligence solutions.
Design and implement data models, transforming raw data into meaningful, actionable insights.
Develop interactive, visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives.
Conduct detailed analysis of historical and current data to inform decision-making.
Translate business requirements into technical documentation and specifications.
Build and maintain multi-dimensional data models for comprehensive analysis.
Document data algorithms, parameters, and model designs to maintain transparency and clarity.
Perform rigorous analysis and validation of Power BI scripts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Write and optimize DAX queries and functions within Power BI.
Contribute to the development and management of data warehouses.
Implement strategic and technical improvements to enhance existing BI systems.
Design custom charts and visualizations based on unique stakeholder requirements.
Execute SQL queries effectively to extract precise data insights.
Maintain robust data governance practices, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Manage and enhance the existing library of reports
Educate non-technical stakeholders on effective data utilization and interpretation.
Required Skills
Expert in Power BI, including report and dashboard creation, data visualization, and analytics.
Advanced expertise in DAX and SQL for data analysis and querying.
Deep knowledge of database management, data modeling, and data warehouse development.
Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or a related analytical role.
Demonstrated experience delivering data-driven insights and improving decision-making processes across an organization.
