Pouching Assistant - 12 Hour Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pouching Assistant to work on our 12 hour night shift, Monday through Thursday, with a competitive salary of $18.17/hr + $2/hr shift differential.
In this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to balance your time between our office in Hickory, NC, and remote work. As a Pouching Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products, working closely with our Shift Supervisor and other team members to drive success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing orders to ensure accurate production
Verifying sealers and maintaining rolls of strip
Completing accurate recordings and performing quality control inspections
Making minor adjustments to equipment and troubleshooting issues
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong attention to detail and ability to read, write, and measure accurately
Ability to regularly use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, and controls
Ability to stand, talk, and hear for long periods, with frequent sitting and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
