Post-Master's Level Therapist (Pursuing LMHC)
Looking for aspiring LMHC, Post-Master's Level Clinical Therapist

Mind Matters Counseling realizes that a positive work environment is incredibly important. We support our clinicians in every aspect as well as building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We are currently seeking full-time or part-time contracted post-master's therapist - M.Ed, MS, MA to join our private practice. We allow flexibility within your caseload, the ability to manage your own schedule, and to work remotely.
Compensation:
• Fee for Service Model
• Rate: $35 per client
• Supervision
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Education
• Living in Massachusetts
• Pursuing LMHC in MA
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience in psychology
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Experience with individual, couples, and/or family counseling
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and have an ability to quickly build rapport with clients
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
• One-two years of clinical experience.
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
• Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.

Mind Matters Counseling focuses on our clients to help them make the changes they have always envisioned. We are direct and genuine and prioritize the therapeutic relationship. We adhere to a professional therapeutic structure to help remove the stigma of mental health and improve the client’s quality of life.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
