Responsibilities
Receiving and distributing all mail and parcel deliveries to appropriate parties
,
Stacking, preparing closed loan files for processing
,
Process and produce Non QM collateral folders for bulk shipment
,
Produce, Endorse, Print Allonges for Management execution
,
Sort and ship Final Documents to DocProbe document custodian
,
Sort, scan, and package all outgoing documents
,
Create and maintain accurate shipping manifests for accurate reporting
,
Regularly perform housekeeping duties related to closed loan package retention and storage
