Job Summary Pacific Rim Auction is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our global team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with exclusive properties around the world, leveraging your expertise in real estate sales, negotiation, and client relationship management. As a Luxury Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in connecting discerning clients with premium properties while providing exceptional customer service and professional guidance throughout the transaction process. This role is commission-based, offering flexible working arrangements and the chance to grow within a prestigious international network. Duties • Facilitate the buying and selling of luxury properties by engaging with high-net-worth clients worldwide • Conduct property showings virtually or in-person when applicable, showcasing features and benefits of each listing • Negotiate terms and prices to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers for luxury listings • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and relevant regulations such as Fair Housing laws • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up • Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, client records, and transaction documentation efficiently • Stay informed about property management practices and real estate law to ensure compliance and best practices in all dealings Experience • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly within luxury or high-end markets • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully • Excellent marketing abilities, including digital marketing and social media outreach to promote listings effectively • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse international clientele • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to articulate property features and negotiate effectively • Customer service experience with a focus on high-net-worth individuals or premium clientele • Knowledge of property management, real estate law, and fair housing regulations is preferred • Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple listings, client interactions, and administrative responsibilities efficiently • Previous real estate administrative experience will be advantageous in handling transaction documentation and compliance requirements Join Pacific Rim Auction as a Luxury Real Estate Agent to leverage your expertise in an exciting global market while enjoying flexible remote work opportunities.
