**The Role**
As a Portuguese Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in our customer support team, working closely with clients to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Resolving hardware, software, and user network issues over the phone, email, or chat
* Responding to phone calls, emails, instant messages, and user tickets in a timely and professional manner
* Assigning work orders and incidents to the appropriate support teams and following through to closure
* Diagnosing and resolving issues through user conversations, including issue recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps
* Opening tickets, accessing users remotely, and guiding them to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible
* Activating Support Analysts in case of unsuccessful remote guidance, registering and archiving calls for performance evaluation
* Summarizing monthly service and consequence data in a spreadsheet and sending it to superiors for consideration
* Performing other duties related to the position, as directed by superiors
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication skills to advise and implement best practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with customer service software and tools (training provided)
**Work Schedule**
As a remote employee, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with:
* Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm (GMT-03:00) America/Sao Paulo
* 48 hours per week
